Mique nominated as Outstanding DepEd Personnel

Dr. Liezl P. Mique, one of the Education Program Supervisors of the Quality Assurance Division was nominated as Outstanding DepEd Personnel, a Region-Wide Search to honor employees who have exerted and manifested exemplary performance in the Department of Education.
Dr. Mique, who have been an EPS for five years was nominated by the Chiefs and the members of the selection committee to represent DepEd Regional Office I to the said award that composed Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel (Level 1 and Level 2), School Heads, and Supervisors.
The nominee was known for her notable accomplishments like the crafting of the QATAME L and D Manual, conduct of Regional Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adjustment for RO and SDOs, Research on Happy Schools, development of Monitoring Tools, and an assessor in the professional development programs among others.
The search is being spearheaded by the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) and the winner will be awarded on October? (ask HRDD abt the updates on this)
When asked how she prepared for the said event, Dr. Mique said, :I just did my best and prepared my folder including the attachments needed. It was exhausting though I feel that I have already won the race for myself.”
